HOW DO WE CONTACT WEBPLACE FOR SUPPORT?

Support can be provided via:
an online helpdesk – accepting and resolving requests via an online ticketing system
phone support – providing assistance during standard business hours (Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm EST).

DO I NEED TO SWITCH WEB HOSTS?

No, provided the host supports open source technologies (LAMP: Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), Webplace will act on your behalf to resolve host/server-side issues.

CAN I SWITCH PACKAGES?

Of course you can! The packages provide an indication of common requirement levels, but you are welcome to move up or down in packages to suit your needs.

IS THERE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE?

There is a service level agreement that forms part of the contract between your company and Webplace. This service level agreement (SLA) provides you with a guarantee of services levels and response times for package support.

DO YOU SUPPORT OVERSEAS BASED CLIENTS?

Yes. Webplace currently work with many clients based outside Australia, we can work around your timezone/s to provide your required level of support.
